Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States: • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE on orders over $50 • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.99 for orders under $50 • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $9.99 International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Delivery times for international orders are typically 7–14 business days after shipment. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the tracking link provided or by visiting our Order Tracking page on the Site. Delivery Issues If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps: • Check around your delivery area, including porches, mailboxes, and with neighbors • Wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual arrival • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number • If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@joinbiology.com and we will investigate further Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply). P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard delivery estimates. Shipping Delays While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
